Happening in Bologna: Biennale dell’Economia Cooperativa!

From October 7th to 9th Bologna is hosting the “Biennale dell’Economia Cooperativa“, a great occasion to meet and discuss about sustainable development and the future of cooperation, held in occasion of 130 years of Legacoop.

Nobel prizes, government officials, economists, experts and academics will be involved in several meetings and events in order to talk about those themes and to share the past and present experiences on collaboration.

On Saturday, October 8th, from 3.00 to 6.00 PM, in the “Re Enzo” room in Re Enzo Palace, two panels on innovation will be held: the first about digital and the second about social innovation. The secondo one, “B Community – Social Innovation”, will be attended by LabGov with its co-founder Christian Iaione, who will be talking about social economy and urban cooperativism. Matteo Lepore, deputy mayor of Bologna, will attend the panel too, to give his contribution on urban-economic policies for development. After the opening, there will be a dialogue table between three experts: Paolo Venturi, Andrea Rapisardi and Flavio Zandonai, who will be talking respectively about community-cooperatives as local development platforms.
